I’m so happy you’ve found me! If you’re here, you’re likely wondering what it costs to have Erica Clark Photography photograph your big day and maybe even a few other important and commonly asked questions.

How much do you charge for your services & what does that include?

Collections begin at $2,000 and include an engagement session, a usb of edited/printable images, and an online gallery of edited/downloadable images. For a detailed pricing guide, please use the contact form which can be found at the top of this page.

How much do I need to book my date & do you offer payment plans?

Yes and YES! I require 1/4 of your total collection cost to reserve your date. The other 3 payments can be made in installments. More on that in my pricing guide.

What forms of payments do you accept?

I accept cash, check, Paypal, credit/debit cards.

Do you offer discounts for off season weddings or weddings held on days other than Saturdays?

Yes. Yes, I do. Please inquire within.

Do you offer digital files?

Yes, absolutely. All wedding collections include an online gallery with all professionally edited images. The images are YOURS to download and print. With your gallery, you and your family/friends will have access to all of your beautiful wedding and engagement photos. You can download the high resolution images, print on your own, and even create your very own photo app for your smart phone/mobile device.  I also offer prints, albums, announcements, and save the dates.

Do you travel?

Definitely. In fact, I love to travel. I’m an international photographer twice over. Traveling expenses apply and can be found in my detailed pricing guide.

Can I have 2 photographers at my wedding or do you shoot solo?

I have a lengthy list of second shooters who would LOVE to help me document your day (upon request!). ALL images will be edited by me and included in your online gallery so that the entire story of your day is told in sync…with beauty and elegance.

How long does it take until I can see our finished images?

As my great grandmother used to say, good things come to those who wait. Having said that, I like to have an approximate turn around time (of the entire wedding gallery) of 8 weeks. During off peak times, the wait is less. During busy seasons, the wait can be slightly longer. However, I will have a preview (approximately 20 edited images) ready to view and share within 1-3 days after your wedding.

Heck yes.

How many images will we get?

That all depends on several factors. For example, how long you will have me shooting/how much coverage time you have, how much time is spent actually shooting vs. traveling, etc. My weddings typically average 300-400 images for an 8 hr day in which traveling from ceremony to reception is kept to a minimum.

What is your photographic style?

I try my best to adapt to the needs/requests of my clients, but if left up to me, I shoot BOTH traditionally AND editorially. I think it’s vital to have both styles in your gallery. Please visit this link to get a small glimpse of my work.

What would you say your goal is when documenting weddings?

My goal, without a doubt, is to provide a uniquely custom experience. I want my clients to know that I’m experienced in the field of wedding photography and will therefore be with them every step of the way, not just the wedding day. Ultimately, I want my clients to be able to look at their images and be able to relive each wonderfully blissful moment.

What kind of equipment do you use & do you bring back up equipment?

I shoot with TWO full frame Nikon cameras. Back up equipment is a MUST. I also use off camera flash during receptions to ensure your images are vibrant, well lit, and sharp.
