Now that my daughter is almost 14 (good lord, where has the time gone?), I often find myself struggling to remember what kids do at certain ages.
If I’m preparing for a session with a 3 month old, I ask myself, “What did Sidney do when she was 3 months old? Was she sitting up, crawling, etc.?”
So when Holly booked me for Emma’s 5 year pictures, it was no different.
What do 5 year olds like to do?
Of course every 5 year old is different, but I think it’s safe to say, most of them love to paint.
As Holly and I emailed and texted back and forth, it was decided that we would incorporate painting into Emma’s session.
Emma happily obliged.
Like most of my sessions, we walked, talked, laughed, and played.
