Last year I decided to begin looking for a space in which I can work, meet with clients, package prints, and showcase my work.
I didn’t want a full studio for 2 big reasons:
1. I don’t do studio work. I prefer outdoor scenery and lifestyle photography.
2. I didn’t want to pass the added costs associated with running a studio on to my customers.
However, I needed something. I looked long and hard and found the perfect little spot right on the side of the square in downtown Macomb.
I’m located at 123 South Lafayette St. Macomb, Il 61455. It’s right around the corner from Chick’s (YUMMY!) and just down the block from The Old Dairy and The Public Library.
It’s by appointment only or walk-in. If you see me in there working, you’re more than welcome to stop in, say Hi, or take a peek at some of the lovely new products I’m now proud to offer.
the next series of images is my packaging station or as I like to call it, “where the magic happens”. 😉
these are tote bags that get sent out to each new bridal client…
Make sure you stop by to see me if you’re at The Farmer’s Market on Thursdays and Saturdays. You can find the schedule for The Farmer’s Market here. Be sure to come out and support your local vendors and get some YUMMY fresh fruits/veggies/pies and LOTS more!
Thank you for sticking around to the end. An even bigger thank you for allowing me to share my space with you. I hope it will inspire some of you to make the most of what you’ve got…even if it’s a corner in your house. We all have to start somewhere. Be proud of your journey. <3
