Megan + Kyle

One of my favorite parts of engagement shoots is the whispering. By “whispering”, I mean the soft chatter under their breathes. At one point I could faintly hear Kyle tell Megan, “I love you”. There were a couple of times that I wasn’t sure what he said to her, but I’m glad he did because it garnered some of the cutest smiles.:)

I also want to take a minute to talk about how grateful I am to brides-to-be who go the extra mile to plan for their engagement shoots. Megan and Kyle scoped out locations, planned their outfits, had ideas in place for their Save-the-Date cards, and Megan got her hair and make-up done.

Like I told Megan, the effort shows in the pictures. When you go the extra mile to make your shoot be the best it can be, it is 100% evident in the final product. Like I always say, good professional photographs are only made when the client and the photographer come together to create them. It can’t be a one way street. I like to think that my images show the efoort by both myself and my clients.

Enjoy these photos of Megan and Kyle being their cute, in love, happy selves.

To Megan and Kyle: Congratulations and I can’t wait until you’re big day!!:)

You have far exceeded my expectations of a great photographer! You have been amazing to work with from day one. Photography has always been something important to me, especially since it will be all that’s left from our wedding day. I’m so excited for you to be a part of our wedding, I could not ask for a better photographer! Not only are you awesome at what you do, you’re also an awesome person! Thank you soo much Erica!!

Okay, so anyone who knows me knows…I’m a crier. So today should be no different, and it isn’t. Megan, your comment made me tear up. Best.Compliment.A.Photographer.Can.Get. I look forward to working with you, Kyle, and the rest of your family. I can’t wait to provide the service you all deserve. :)
